The starting price for new an assessment on single residential dwellings including New and Existing homes is $187 including GST. Single dwelling prices cover both single level dwellings and multi-level dwellings. This assessment will include a report stating the minimum requirements for the glazing performance, the roof/ceiling, external walls and any exposed floors.
Multi Dwelling Residential Energy Assessment
Starting from $110 per unit
Pricing for Multi Residential dwellings is applied to multi townhouses (class 1) and unit (class 2) complexes. The cost of a multi-dwelling complex starts at $110 per unit including GST, but the cost per unit may decrease depending on the quantity of units. This assessment will include a report stating the minimum requirements for the glazing performance, the roof/ceiling, external walls and any exposed floors.
